I am now semi-retired. Meaning I have transferred my server work to other
IT professionals. I am, however, still involved with Desktop and Laptop support.
I have over 40 years of computer experience, and now perform desktop administration
tasks for Laptops and Desktops including Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7,
Vista and XP. I also manage the associated network environments surrounding the use of
these systems including network wiring (new and existing), router setup and
network troubleshooting.
In addition, since 1995, my team has created and maintained business client's websites.
Our target market has been Manufacturers' Representatives, but we have done many

Specialties
I have excellent communication and people skills that I use to best understand
and resolve their computer issues, frequently working remotely and over the phone
with them to reach quick solutions.
My team has also assisted over 100 companies in getting their information displayed
on the Internet, creating websites that fit their particular look and feel.
Using HTML, ASP, PHP and flash, each client is given a unique presentation that
represents their business thrust.
